You’ll get a great welcome at the Heritage Centre shop which goes from strength to strength, thanks to volunteers Lesley Hamilton and Sarah Jones who work tirelessly to present goods with something to tempt all ages and tastes. While there is a great range of Lismore Made, Lesley, who doesn’t live on Lismore, attends many trade fairs, constantly sourcing unique, quality products with the main emphasis being Made in Scotland and fairtrade. Meanwhile Sarah attends to the day to day including maintenance such as painting, stock checking, and working on the desk.
From April to the end fo October volunteers run the shop from 11 to 4 every day. At the moment we don’t offer a mail order service but individual items can be posted where necessary. Lismore doesn’t have the necessary numbers to offer a comprehensive service.
Entrance to the museum is by donation and we greatly appreciate visitors’ generosity.as it helps maintain the facilities.
