The Comann Eachdraidh Lios Mor would like to invite you to celebrate Lismore Gaelic Day on Saturday 2 May from 10 until 4 at Ionad Naomh Moluag. Four guest speakers (see the poster below) will talk about why linguists should care about Argyll Gaelic, as well as the Gaelic of Tiree and Colonsay and Lismore.
There will be a fish tea from 5 – 7pm and a ceilidh from 7 – 9pm.
In between from 3.30 onwards, Comann Eachdraidh Lios Mor would love to see your photographs. You can browse the museum’s collection and either donate your own photos or have them scanned there and then. Maybe you could also help identify some of the people and places in the museum’s archive.
Failte romhaibh uile.
