For the first time on 3 August 2024 visitors were invited to experience museum objects at first hand. Dave, Archie and Ailsa Clarke offered the opportunity to hold a variety of objects from 7000 year old tools, to Viking buckles, Roman brooches, and coins from the same era as William Wallace, all illustrating the culture and societies that have lived on Lismore throughout history.
