The Directors of CELM are delighted to hear that VisitScotland has again confirmed the Four Stars status of Lismore Heritage Centre as a visitor destination.
Following the unannounced visit of the assessor in September 2015, the Centre was rated Excellent in all six areas assessed (Pre-arrival. Arrival, Presentation, Catering, Retailing and Toilets). This is a tribute to the many volunteers who have given their time and energy to maintain standards and service over the year.
However, CELM will not be resting on its laurels because VisitScotland has provided several helpful suggestions about how the Centre might become even more attractive and efficient.
