A representative from Visit Scotland visited the Centre on 8th August 2013.
These visits are made ‘under cover’ and grades are rigorously applied.
We are assessed under the following categories:
- Pre-arrival
- Arrival
- Attraction/Presentation
- Catering
- Retailing
- Toilets.
We retained our 4 star rating which classes us as ‘Excellent’ with a score 78% – 84%.
CELM is delighted with this result but we do not rest on our laurels. There is still work to be done and improvements to be made.
Nevertheless, this is another great achievement and a fitting end to an exceptional season.
